As someone with a younger brother who is differently-abled and mentally challenged, I've grown up surrounded by a single, haunting question: "What will happen to him when we're not here to care for him? How will he earn?" That question became the seed of something powerful. I realised that there are countless people who face similar challenges, not just physical or mental, but time, work pressure, family responsibilities, visa restrictions, or simply being in the wrong place at the right time.
